Our programs vary in length, ranging from a few weeks to several months or longer, depending on your specific needs and health goals. We continuously monitor your progress with regular assessments to ensure you are making meaningful improvements and adjust your care plan as needed.
How much does a typical plan cost?
A typical program and treatment plan from start to finish can run from $2,500 -$8,500 depending on the complexity of your case.

Payment Information
New Patient Exam Fee
Our comprehensive new patient exam is $425 and includes:

We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. We also offer interest-free in-house financing options to make care more accessible.
Insurance
We are a cash-based practice and do not participate with any insurance carriers.

We are committed to providing transparent pricing and exceptional care, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of attention and expertise in their journey to neurological recovery and optimal health.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling of any visit must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you repeatedly cancel within this window or fail to show up for scheduled visits, we reserve the right to discharge you from your active program or charge 50% of the cost of the missed appointment. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs and offer the appointment to another patient.
Emergencies
We are not an emergency or urgent care clinic. If you require immediate medical attention, please seek care at the appropriate facility. Additionally, our providers do not offer instant message responses, so please do not rely on messaging in place of proper medical treatment.
Messaging & Communication
At Brain Health and Chiropractic, communication outside of scheduled visits is available through phone calls and secure messaging via your Patient Portal. Providers are not available for unscheduled phone calls or visits, and the Patient Portal is the only way to contact your provider outside of appointments. While you may call the office with general questions, our administrative staff cannot provide guidance on treatment plans, supplements, or specific medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the ER or Urgent Care immediately.
Messaging Expectations & Response Times
Messaging is a privilege that comes with specific expectations to ensure efficient care. Providers often have limited availability during working hours, so responses may be delayed. Please allow at least 48 business hours for a response, and note that messages will not be answered over weekends. If your inquiry requires case review or more than five minutes to address, you will be asked to schedule an in-person or virtual visit. This includes questions about treatment plan changes, supplement usage, and future care recommendations.
